Information you choose to share
You may choose to provide your name, organization, email address, phone number, area of interest, and message when contacting Overwatch Risk & Operations. Please do not include sensitive personal, medical, financial, security, or confidential organizational information in a website inquiry.
How information is used
Information shared through the consultation form or directly by email is used to review your inquiry, communicate about requested services, and maintain appropriate business records. It is not sold.
Website inquiry form
When you consent and submit a consultation request, we store your name, organization, email address, optional phone number, area of interest, message, submission date, consent record and review status in our private website database hosted through Lovable Cloud. Only authorized Overwatch administrators can view requests in the inquiry inbox. Submitting the form does not send an email notification, promise a reply time, or enroll you in the Overwatch Briefing. Newsletter consent is separate. A hashed network identifier and request counts help limit repeated submissions; raw network addresses are not stored in the inquiry record. For corrections or removal requests, email here.
Newsletter signup
When you sign up for the Overwatch Briefing, we store your email address and the date of your consent to receive the newsletter. Your signup is used for the Briefing, not sold or shared for unrelated marketing. Newsletter delivery is not yet connected. To withdraw consent or request removal from the list, email here.
Preparedness Planner
When you use the Preparedness Planner, your concern and organization type are sent to our AI service provider, Lovable AI, and the underlying model provider it uses, to generate guidance. Do not include names, confidential information, or details that could expose a security vulnerability. Overwatch does not save your concern or generated advice as an inquiry. Service providers may process request logs to operate the service. A hashed network identifier and request counts are used to limit misuse. Planner guidance is not a professional assessment or emergency response, and using the planner does not submit a consultation request.

Website operations

Sharing and retention
Information may be shared with service providers only when needed to operate the website or respond to an inquiry, or when required by law. Information is kept only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose it was collected and for applicable legal or recordkeeping needs.
Your choices
You may ask about information you previously sent, request a correction, or request deletion, subject to legal and operational recordkeeping requirements.
